Last evening Islington 2000/2010 had a real treat all arranged by the Social Committee and the other volunteer helpers.
It was impossible to miss the thoughtful attention to detail that went into the planning of this event. There were fresh flowers and butterflies at each table, spring decorations on the walls, colourful table settings – all was beautifully presented. Roy provided music that got us up dancing. Nothing was missed by this efficient and hardworking crew.
The party was attended by about 100 residents, and that made for a lot of smiles.
