Visitors Using the Recreational Facilities
You must accompany your visitors at all times.
A maximum of four visitors from one suite may use the recreational facilities at any one time.
Indoor Pool, Whirlpool & Saunas
Please wear appropriate attire (robe & slippers) when moving between your suite and the pools or change in the locker rooms.
All persons must shower before using these facilities.
Food may not be consumed in or around the pool.
Glass containers may not be used in or around the pool.
Indoor Pool Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Squash, Racquetball, Golf Practice & Tennis
Reservations are required and may be made at the management office or, after hours, at the gate house.
A reservation is for one court, for one hour, and will be held for 15 minutes only.
The golf practice room is next to the squash court.
Court reservations may be made up to seven days in advance, for one hour periods.
Please wear recognized non-marking court shoes along with proper court attire.
Court hours are:
- Tennis 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Squash, racquetball & golf: 5:00 a.m. to midnight
Party Room
Reservations are required and must be made at the management office from Monday through Friday. You will be required to complete and sign a party room rental agreement, pay the rental fee and provide a refundable damage deposit. The party room must be vacated no later than 2:00 a.m.
Party room rental includes the use of the kitchen and dishes and cutlery for a maximum of 60 persons. Tablecloths, chafing dishes, etc. are available for rental at a nominal cost.
Party room rental excludes all other recreational facilities other than the two washrooms located opposite the management office.
You are responsible for cleaning up the party room including the kitchen after your function.
You have until noon on the day following your event to do so.
Billiard Room
Children under 16 years must be supervised in the billiard room, and food and drink are not permitted.
Library
Lending is on the honour system. Book donations are always welcome.
Hobby Room
To use the power equipment residents must be registered for competence by members of the hobby room organization, pay a nominal registration fee and sign a waiver. Members’ names may be obtained from the management office.
Outdoor Pool
Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Please wear appropriate attire (robe & slippers) when moving between your suite and the pool or change in the locker rooms.
All persons must shower before using the pool. Don’t forget to shower again if you’ve applied suntan lotion.
Prohibitions are the same as for the indoor pool.
Barbecue Area
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. No cooking may begin after 9:00 p.m.
Reservations are required only for larger groups:
- Monday through Friday: Groups from a single suite may not exceed 20 persons.
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Groups from a single suite may not exceed 12 persons.
BBQ groups of more than 12 persons are restricted to the tables in the lower barbecue area (i.e. the main BBQ plaza ) leaving the upper “pods” for more intimate dining.
The BBQ plaza and the party room are the only recreational facilities where residents from one suite may have more than four visitors.
