A Reminder
Many of us are non-smokers these days and that’s a good thing for our health. It also explains why there are very few ashtrays to be found.
What to do if you or a guest wants to smoke on your balcony, or outside on the grounds? For safety, for hygiene, and for neatness, we remind you that cigarette butts need to be disposed of responsibly on our shared property, just as they are inside your own condo.
