Electronic Vehicle
Transponders
The barrier gate at the residents' entrance driveway and
the overhead garage entrance door are activated by transponders mounted on the
windshield of each resident's vehicle. |

Gatehouse Staff
on duty around the clock
Visitors, delivery personnel & contractors arriving by car
identify themselves to Gatehouse Security over an intercom. Once
access is authorized by the resident, Gatehouse Security raises the visitor
lane barrier gate and records the
vehicle's license plate number. |

Photo-ID Access Cards
control access to principal
entrances throughout.

Foot Patrol
For added security, the entire site is patrolled each
night during the week, and round the clock on weekends and holidays.The
Foot Patrol security staff is based in
the Recreation Centre
for
prompt access
everywhere
on the site |
