Monthly Common Expense Assessments [CEA] cover
Operating & Maintenance
 costs such as
Administrative, Utilities, Contract Services,
Premium Cable TV, as well as a provision
for future Reserve Fund expenditures.

The only additional costs for owners
 are Homeowner Insurance, Municipal Taxes,
Telephone and Internet Access. 

For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006
CEA at Islington 2000
ranges from 41.9 to 47.9 cents per square foot,
per month, depending on the number of parking and
locker units associated with the suite.
