of $2,700,000. 
 

The annual cost of UTILITIES is approximately $1,282,000
    (almost half of the total Annual Operating Expense).

Seasonally, electricity is used to cool the buildings and augment in-suite heating.

used in our central heating system.

 cost - $785,000.
