of over $2,340,000. 
This includes $626,000
for General Repairs,
Maintenance, and Administrative costs.

UTILITIES cost approximately $1,000,000 annually (over 40% of the total CEA).

Electricity provides lighting & power to the suites & common areas. 
Seasonally, electricity is used to cool the buildings and augment 
in-suite heating, as well.

Natural Gas heats the Domestic Hot Water, as well as the
water used by the principal heating system. 

 

The annual cost of CONTRACTS  (Landscape Maintenance, Security,
Premium Cable TV,  Cleaning, etc.) is almost $772,000.
